Thrive at Home Occupational Therapy is a cash-pay, in-home occupational therapy practice. We do not bill insurance and we do not keep a diagnosis list on this website.

If you request a consult, the name, email, phone, city, and situation you type are sent to timothyammon@thrive-inathome.com so Tim can reply. We use that information to schedule and provide care — not to sell lists.

The package matcher, safety check, and consult draft can stay in your browser (local storage) so you do not lose your place. That copy lives on your device unless you email a consult.
